#Progressive Accumulation

"Progressive accumulation" is the concept that knowledge and technology, rather than being limited solely to the benefit of one's own country, can ultimately bring greater benefits to one's own country through broad sharing and utilization. This refers to situations where, for example, the international spread of a particular technology leads to new cooperative relationships, or contributions to global problem-solving enhance one's national presence. Unlike an exclusive, national-interest-driven approach, it explores a more inclusive and long-term form of accumulation, aligned with the spirit of open science and open source.
